"I went for a spray tan and they were so polite and helpful I was really impressed. When I went to leave they said if i wasn't completely happy to call back. So the next day when I felt that the colour wasn't very different and it wasn't really what I expected and although I felt a bit silly, I went back and explained that I felt it hadn't really worked. They were extremely friendly and put me through again for free and were so pleased I'd come back in when I wasn't happy. They made me feel really good about going back and they were so helpful, I definitely will be returning! They even called me the next day to check that I was happy with how it had turned out - very good service! "

"At Je they are absolutely fantastic and so friendly! Such a styley setup they have, it's so beautiful and relaxing, modern too without being all cold and minimalist like some of the other places around town. The girls are super friendly! I'm always there a bit early and they always come wait and have a good chat, not like just trying to be nice chat but they are always genuinely interested, so sweet. I recommend everybody go there, can not fault them on a thing, oh and fabulous marketing too, i have wee fridge magnets and notepads from them which are so handy and complimentary waxing tickets they gave for referals, oh and another thing they have this cool Je! Dollars thing where each time you go they credit your account so it's cheaper the next time. I honestly can't say enough good things about Je!"

"I have had waxes (brazilians) at many places. I thought I would try Je. Honestly found them to be super friendly, polite and professional. Made me feel very comfortable and did a good job. They go the extra with a little chocolate on the pillow! Highly recommend and will definitely go back."

"They are fantastic at Je - from the gorgeous bubbly receptionist to all the therapists...I went there recently to try their spray tan booth...WOW! Was so impressed. The tan looks so natural and I can honestly say there wasn't ONE streak anywhere! And it didn't smell like all those other fake tanning lotions. I will definitely be back through the winter months. I love Je!"

"As a male client, I was nervous and embarrassed initially when I made my first waxing appointment. That changed as soon as I talked to the receptionist who was very understanding and made me feel comfortable booking an appointment. I was still a little apprehensive when I went for the appointment but I was very warmly welcomed and was treated with superior service the entire time.
